When is OCTGN coming out?

The truth is, we don't know! As OCTGN is a purely non-profit program written in the spare time of the programming team, we simply do not know when it will be out. However, the current beta release is suitable to play many games today, and new features are frequently added. Read the development blog to stay informed!

What is required to play?

You need a computer with Windows XP SP3, Vista or Windows 7 and the .NET framework 4.0. Although not officially supported, OCTGN works fine on virtual machines hosted by other operating systems, such as Mac OS or Linux.

Where are games?

OCTGN is only a "virtual table" to play games, a shell if you wish. To start playing you'll need to import game modules into OCTGN. We currently don't distribute any specific game, but there are lots of modules on the internet. Google "OCTGN your_favorite_game" or ask in our IRC channel!
