If you want to report a new bug, please use the issue tracker. Before reporting a bug, please always proceed like this:

Make sure you have the latest version. Your bug may already be corrected otherwise.
Perform a quick search in the issue tracker, to check if someone else already has reported the bug. Try to avoid entering duplicates. If you have more precisions, you can leave a comment in the existing bug report.
